Just delivered the first batch of preserves made using Elderflowers foraged from the Elveden Estate to the Food Hall at the Courtyard. Elderflower Jelly, Elderflower & Lime Jelly and Red Gooseberry & Elderflower Preserve. Looking forward to seeing them on the shelves at the weekend! Hope to add more flavours in the coming months.

Banham Butchers has just started stocking our preserves and marmalades. They are now selling lots of lovely deli items including great local cheese, cakes, sauces and home-made pies. You have to try their special sausage rolls - they are really good. Their wonderful shop is located opposite Banham Zoo at The Appleyard, Kenninghall Road, Banham, Norfolk, NR16 2HE. Well worth a visit!
